Updated comment on Letter Received on 10/12/2025 from CEA though Letter was dated 30/10/2025 to my Letter update on 21/10/2025...below...
All the Original copies of the above letter was submitted to the relevant places... on 16/10/2025 to the Central Environmental Authority under the further evidence to the Complaint... on 17/10/2025 to the Medical Officer of Health (MOH) though much with ignorance worded me saying that they cannot underestand further and will send a letter stating "No evidence found" ... on 18/10/2025 to the Officer in Charge of Police (OIC) - Kiribathgoda... was noted me that they will carryout the necessary Action on a proval evidence Report by any Authority..
waiting for the Action by the Central Environmental Authority..to Visit and inspect as accordingly to the Act.No 47 of 1980.....which is scrolling down in this page below ... Awating for the Responsible and Genuine Action ...
Letter Received today 10/12/2025 dated on 30/10/2025 from the Central Environmental Authority stating that due to the reason's mentioned, the required Actions are Directed to the Ministry of Defense and to the SL Army Headquarters......as the CEA Complaints Unit noted me on the same days over the Phone......
Yet waiting for the Proper Genuine Action to Eliminate the Threatening under ground Gas fume emissions, now even as a leakage through broken and digged places....
as well cutting of Electricity wires to our water pump nearby the well ....I Observe that our neighbouring few houses went dark at night ...out of Electricity but of having Emergency lamps only litting up at night. Their Electricity lines to be Checked ....without making new connections to them...
To be checked ....???
This is to note that my Complaint over the years to the Police & through the Social media Platform facebook is a true,
& my work up to date on resolving the issue, which anyone could face such an ....over due of unknown f.Acts.....

1. My Complaint on the matter to the Central Envirenmental Authority on 26.06.2025 was acknowledge by them as they've referred to the MOH and Special Unit of Police Environmental Division requesting a report....was notified to me by a letter.....
2. My Complaint on blocking my Contacts to specific numbers ...over the years to isolate me from where i should be ....
in a situation that i was blocked even to make calls to Embassies ..and such as UN.....where TRCSL acknowledge me to Contact the Service Provider....
3. As my numbers did not work to the Embassy of China....though others said...they can Contact the same....on enquiry at Mobitel....
Acknowledge me as they can Contact the given China Embassy Contact number eventhough mine was not not working in fron of them either....

Since 2020 & the Complaint of 2022.03.02 at the Police Headquarters...
The Police of Kiribathgoda ...refrained from submitting the Report....regarding the matter of cause...to kidnap me...after 2020 Oct. handwritten 80 Page Complain letter handed over to the Police..
....and as on delay...
1. The Complain to the National Police Commission....issued an acceptance Receipt ..on my name Gayan Jayashantha Maduwela... .Uploaded herewith
2. The National Police Commission replied midddle name as ? Madusanka ??? ...may the one who was pretending like me...OR...to interpret me as that and to take my name to him...may be ???.......
Since after i made the Complaint again in 2022.03.02, i requested Sri Lanka Police to take the Perpetrators on this matter before the Courts,
as a Human Rights Violation and to upheld the Fundamental Rights of mine.
The Letter that i wrote to the General Managr of Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) regarding my issue, though they replied the CEB is responsible only upto the Electricity Meter towards from the Post. and said, will only do any further if there's aCourt Order, anyhow they Checked the Electricity Meter and said that's OK.....one 3 Page letter of fewothers as well is below;
The 3 Page Letter that i've already Complained the P.H.I of Pradeshiya Sabha Kelaniya, regarding the following Content., is below;
who said to be that he can't see any evidence....visiting for about 5 minutes...looking at only the front side of the house and on my request,
in to the front room who he also experienced, that room ismuch cooler than others and Observed the insects came-out from the plug Points which were Celotaped to be sealed by me...to Prevent fume Emissions into our house.
?..But, should have to be the Official P.H.I of M.O H...should visit to inspect with Responsibilty and with much Educated Content...went missing ???
Note:- Above letters are unsigned Copies taken uploaded directly from my Laptop back-up files, and all were Submitted on that Date with relevant Copies to the Officers Personally by me.
Since 18th Oct. 2018, my father went ill....as i started wake up early sometimes mid-night to dawn....found the Sudden Changes of Atmosphere....
and Acidity of Water from the Main water line....thus i Complained to the Police in Oct. 2020..... i was kidnapped for about 6 months...
that was during 9th January 2021 - 14th or so...July 2021...does not know how/who used my Social media...found deleted many files of mine...
then on return ....after the Official Complain to the Police Headquarters...on 2022.03.02....to make an idea of what they have done...uderground Secretly...to imagine ....I drew the following sketch......
