1. My Complaint on the matter to the Central Envirenmental Authority on 26.06.2025 was acknowledge by them as they've referred to the MOH and Special Unit of Police Environmental Division requesting a report....was notified to me by a letter.....

2. My Complaint on blocking my Contacts to specific numbers ...over the years to isolate me from where i should be ....

in a situation that i was blocked even to make calls to Embassies ..and such as UN.....where TRCSL acknowledge me to Contact the Service Provider....

3. As my numbers did not work to the Embassy of China....though others said...they can Contact the same....on enquiry at Mobitel....

Acknowledge me as they can Contact the given China Embassy Contact number eventhough mine was not not working in fron of them either....

A reason that many had to Suffer ....where the "Baka.." took Over Everything pretending that he can....saying as he has the Power and Ability..

Taken over fraudulently, (by forged documents & certificates) someone else's many a Wealth free and un recoverable time, in the end when Baka Pandith say cannot do or understand ..................the situation like ...???

Since 2020 & the Complaint of 2022.03.02 at the Police Headquarters...

The Police of Kiribathgoda ...refrained from submitting the Report....regarding the matter of cause...to kidnap me...after 2020 Oct. handwritten 80 Page Complain letter handed over to the Police..

....and as on delay...

1. The Complain to the National Police Commission....issued an acceptance Receipt ..on my name Gayan Jayashantha Maduwela... .Uploaded herewith

2. The National Police Commission replied midddle name as ? Madusanka ??? ...may the one who was pretending like me...OR...to interpret me as that and to take my name to him...may be ???.......

Since after i made the Complaint again in 2022.03.02, i requested Sri Lanka Police to take the Perpetrators on this matter before the Courts,

as a Human Rights Violation and to upheld the Fundamental Rights of mine.

The Letter that i wrote to the General Managr of Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) regarding my issue, though they replied the CEB is responsible only upto the Electricity Meter towards from the Post. and said, will only do any further if there's aCourt Order, anyhow they Checked the Electricity Meter and said that's OK.....one 3 Page letter of fewothers as well is below;

The 3 Page Letter that i've already Complained the P.H.I of Pradeshiya Sabha Kelaniya, regarding the following Content., is below;

Since 18th Oct. 2018, my father went ill....as i started wake up early sometimes mid-night to dawn....found the Sudden Changes of Atmosphere....

and Acidity of Water from the Main water line....thus i Complained to the Police in Oct. 2020..... i was kidnapped for about 6 months...

that was during 9th January 2021 - 14th or so...July 2021...does not know how/who used my Social media...found deleted many files of mine...

then on return ....after the Official Complain to the Police Headquarters...on 2022.03.02....to make an idea of what they have done...uderground Secretly...to imagine ....I drew the following sketch......

	1st to Complain was lost id, Driving license, ATM Cards, other id's with the purse on the table in my front room...who came in..??? There after, , when the crimes oic Kiribathgoda refuses to handle or log complaint, then the 80 Page handwritten in English Complaint to the Snr. DIG of Western province was minuted to the DIG Peliyagoda, as i met personnally on 02/012021 at Peliyagoda DIG Office, recommended a Plice gaurd to our home, transferred the Complaint to the Kelaniya Crimes Division to handle at Kiribathgoda Police Station, though the OIC Kiribathgoda at that time about to appoint a Committe Commission on that regard on 08/01/2021, next day when my parents were at hospital for checkup as my fathers failure of knee locked incabable of walking down to the wheel chair,09/01/2021 i was kidnapped by an unknown gang during the hike to buy lunch at Makola from Kiribathgoda passing the home way...confined in a private place for about six months till my mother escaped me to home under the advisory of lawyers and MOH of J ela.on around 14th of July 2021. 	Since after, i was kidnapped after the 80 Page hand written Complant, i had to obtain my new National id making anew Conplain of where they asked me to renew my Birth Certificate as well, though in the process found additional irrelevant facts, without complaing i had the new updated id of 197515800100 instead of lost 751580100V, made the Complaint again at the Police Headquarters as the IP subjected as against the Kidnap,and over the years day by day updated them many, i found many, identified the way they bypassed me to aquire my properties, and the way they emit fumes,...got to know that i should have three of sis my own , may be the reason of many surrounding to avoid public except the perpetrators,....where they need to hide the rain through me, to show that's only a natural ...without me... 	"During the above process i was forwarded to the IGP monitoring team to find the delay of above... Sinhala	2024/01/12 Police Headquarters, IGP/PAC/0/94/24.
	In a situation of under threat of many hidden things suffocating inside, the nearby temple invaded by Cathalics against the Buddists making illegal vibration using 4 loud speakers through out the day from 5 am to 7:00am, then songs of thrombone to 7:30am as they've converted the temple to a school of noise till 1:30pm with each and every announcement to whole area, hum of children shouting ...like a mental hospital. had to be Complained Officially to Stop. Sinhala	2022/06/26 Kiribathgoda. CIB 1, 188/222.
	My mother fell down by the knee as unable to stand-up and bit of uncontious of mind, found to be the same effect of fumes emission inhaled. Couldn't recover to normal, Admitted to the Kiribathgoda Hospital on 20/06/2025, Police was adviced to do the hospital work and come on next day... Kiribathgoda emergency unit transferred to Ragama Hospital in the late evening by the Hospital Ambulance... next day to the Hospital in morning aroound 6:30am every day twice daily, an attendant of private pay was arranged as of nurse request and every thing of dresses watever required, came back to the Police and made the Official Complaint of suspicious, second day,i observed legs covered by the bed sheet were swelled and notified the nurses to get rid out of suspicious people showing the Police Complaint helped to Change the bed to natural inhale place....5 days to recover... 	During the process of eliminating the threat to our home, everytime when i go out of home there was a rob or damage to my goods,Surely to stop me meeting the people of required matter and me to be at home, My laptops were damaged, Deleting laptop Data Data Cables, Data CD/DVD Stolen scrached TV stabbed, Documents etc...stolen replaced with forged including the Constitution of Sri Lanka was Stolen and replaced with a forged Threat of Manipulating my website files, suddenly may be to a Complete loss...
